The ADT branded bullet cameras include the A-CBVT2812JI, A-CBVD36JI, A-CBVD60JI and the A-CBSD36J. These bullet cameras offer a small environmental housing and feature Through Mount Wiring for secure installations. The cameras are supplied with modular cable connections for a quick and easy installation. A variety of single and multiple channel CONKITs are available to supply power to the cameras and provide the interface connection to a DVR or monitor.
The A-CBVT2812JI is a high resolution 600TVL CCD True Day/Night color camera with a varifocal auto-iris lens offering a range of 2.8mm to 12mm giving great flexibility in covering various fields of view for indoor and outdoor applications. For low light and no light applications the camera is equipped with an Infrared Cut-Filter Removal circuit (ICR) and 30 IR LEDs that produce infrared light at 850nm wavelength for covert illumination of the scene. The powerful LEDs produce enough IR light to cover more than a 82 foot distance with a beam spread of 30 degrees. The small unobtrusive housing, 2.6 inch diameter, has an environmental rating of IP67 to withstand blowing rain from all directions.
The A-CBVD36JI and A-CBVD60JI offer a 3.6mm and 6.0mm lens for standard field-of-view coverage. The advanced electronics of the camera control its Day/Night operation by removing the color information during low light and then turning on the built-in 24 IR illuminators for extreme low light or no light situations; plus controlling the electronic shutter to produce the best possible picture with variations of light. The use of a fixed lens allows the housing to be small (less than 2 inch diameter) and provides an environmental rating of IP67. The 24 IR illuminators in these cameras produce IR illumination at a distance of up to 60 feet.
The A-CBSD36J is the most economical of the family while still providing a quality 380 TV lines of resolution. The fixed lens for this camera is 3.6mm for wide field of view coverage. The advanced electronics of the camera control its Day/ Night operation by removing the color information during low light. This camera’s housing has an IP67 rating so it can be used in harsh environments. When used in an outdoor environment external lighting is required for nighttime viewing. The electronic iris and the automatic AGC circuits will compensate for a wide variety of lighting conditions.
Note: Illumination performance is a function of reflective objects in the camera’s field-of-view. Outdoor nighttime viewing is improved with the addition of external visible lighting.
